Nature, meditation & mindfulness are 3 topics that go very well together…
There’s just something about tuning in with natural settings that has a calming effect on the mind and helps you access more of your human potential.
Have you ever thought about what mindfulness actually is?
Consider for a moment that the opposite of mindfulness is mindlessness.
Mindlessness is characterized by traits like being clumsy, having a poor memory, making social blunders and then regretting it later, or being weighed down by constant anxiety & negative emotions.
These problems (and many more) are all the result of not being focused on the present moment!
Sometimes you just need to be present, and feel the freedom of letting go completely into the moment.
That’s why cultivating observation skills & sensory awareness with birds, plants, trees, (etc) is so amazingly effective.
Nature + meditation is such a simple way to release your worries & discover a more mindful space of openness & clarity in every day life.
It literally requires no skill, because all you have to do is go outside and let nature work it’s magic.
That’s exactly what we talked about on the live call last Thursday. We had a great group of participants with tons of amazing wisdom & insight to share.
I think you’ll really get a lot of inspiration and ideas you can start working with immediately to be more mindful & tuned in with life.
