Do you get enough wild food in your diet?
Hunting for edible plants is a great way to connect with nature while getting free organic healthy food.
I made this video to explain that eating wild food isn’t just good for you… It’s also good for the environment!
So there’s just one question you have to ask yourself…
Will you take the 30 day wild edible plant challenge?
The Best Way To Get Started With Edible Plants:
The key to building a habit of eating wild food is to keep it simple. Just start with one simple plant.
My favourite is Dandelion because it’s so common. It’s a great salad green and most people already know what it looks like.
Always make sure you are confident of your plant identification before eating it. A lot of tasty weeds have toxic lookalikes.
I’d love to hear your comments. What is your favourite wild edible?
